I have experience assisting organizations with a broad range of Management, Change, and Human Resource Management challenges. Through these projects, he has served effectively as a group facilitator, an action-oriented researcher, a statistician, a strategic adviser, and a developer and implementer of HR, change, and workplace flexibility initiatives.

My areas of specialty include: Change Management, Workplace Flexibility, The Management of Work & Family Issues, and High-Involvement Work Practices.  I have worked with such companies as Lucent Technologies, Gelco, and GOE, Inc., as well as the U.S. Navy.  If you are interested in contacting me about potential consulting projects, please send me an email.
I am an Associate Professor of Business Management at the Samuel J. Silberman College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where I teach, conduct research, and provide consulting services in Change Management, Organizational Behavior, High-Involvment Work Practices and Work-Family Balance. 

I received a Ph.D from the University at Albany, State University of New York, and a B.S from Cornell University.  I have also taught as a Visting Professor at the University of Monaco (Monte-Carlo, Monaco) and La Universidad del Salvador (Buenos Aires, Argentina). 
My research interests include high-involvement work-practices, workplace flexibility, work-related stress, and work-family balance. I've published articles in such journals as the Journal of Vocational Behavior, the Journal of Health Care Management and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, and have presented research at numerous conferences including the Society for Industrial/ Organizational Psychology and The Academy of Management.  I won three awards for my research, and am a two-time fianlist for the Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award for excellence in work-family research. 
I live in beautiful Nyack, NY, with my wife, the lovely and talented Amy Griffin, and am the proud papa of Nicholas.  I feel blessed to have such a wonderful family.  I have traveled throughout the US, Europe, Australia, and South America, and enjoys volleyball, skiing and Scuba diving.  I serve on the Board of Directors for the Rockland Parent-Child Center.
